About Us

I've always had a passion for design—whether it was home décor, fashion, or styling the little details that bring beauty to everyday life. Over the years, that creative spark has taken many forms, and I have now found a sweet new outlet: custom cookie design. What started as a hobby quickly turned into a way for me to blend my love of aesthetics with something deliciously fun.

Welcome to Tuliptree Custom Sugar Cookies! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, social media, and services, and the purchase of our baked goods. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

General Information

Tuliptree Custom Sugar Cookies is a home-based bakery operating in Ontario, Canada under the province’s cottage food guidelines.
We are not a nut-free, gluten-free, dairy-free, or allergen-free kitchen. While we take care to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee our products are free from allergens.

Orders & Payment

Orders can be placed through [email/website/order form/phone].
50% of the total is required to confirm your order and the other 50% the day before pickup. At this time we accept e-transfer to 9053470316.
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice.

Pickup & Delivery

Pickup is available at 55 Tuliptree Road, Thorold, ON L2V 0A6.
Delivery may be available for an additional fee.
Customers are responsible for collecting their order at the agreed time. We are not responsible for orders left uncollected or for product quality after pickup/delivery.

Allergies & Food Safety

Our products are made in an organized clean home kitchen where hand washing is continuous and food safe gloves are worn most often. As permitted under Ontario's home-based food laws, we are not inspected by a government agency.
Products may contain or come in contact with common allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, and wheat.
Customers are responsible for informing us of allergies at the time of order. Consumption is at your own risk.

Product Care

Customers are responsible for the proper storage of baked goods once received.
We provide general care instructions (e.g., refrigeration or freezing). We are not responsible for issues arising from improper handling or storage.

Intellectual Property

All images, logos, product designs, and content on our website/social media belong to Tuliptree Custom Sugar Cookies; you may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tuliptree Custom Sugar Cookies is not liable for any damages, illness, or injury that may result from the consumption of our products.

Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than [10 days] before pickup/delivery may be eligible for a partial refund.
No refunds will be given for cancellations within [7 days] of the scheduled order date.
